Anchored in Adam Smith’s Stadial view of growth, our program delves into the historical and social conditioning of economic processes, from Feudalism to modern-day Capitalism. Our undergraduate BA program offers a comprehensive curriculum, blending theoretical, quantitative, and applied courses over three years. From foundational Micro and Macroeconomics to specialized courses in Development Economics, Monetary Economics, and more, students are equipped with a holistic understanding and practical skills. Through KCLAS Edge and Edge+ activities, including Expert Conversations, workshops, and industry visits, we enrich the learning experience, preparing students to tackle the challenges of modern economies and shape the future as informed economists.

The School of Psychology at KCLAS is dedicated to nurturing impactful psychologists for a harmonious future society through meticulous theoretical approaches and hands-on training, enabling learners to identify patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and evidence-based predictions. The program offers a broad spectrum of courses covering fundamentals, biological processes, abnormal psychology, counseling, health, and social psychology, supplemented by real-time research methods to foster critical thinking and practical understanding. Visual Communication has emerged as a dynamic and essential discipline within the media landscape, catering to the diverse needs of today’s media industry. With a focus on fostering creativity and innovation, the course prepares students for careers in media professions through a holistic learning approach. Through a blend of lectures, workshops, field visits, practical activities, and industry projects, students gain valuable hands-on experience and develop essential skills for success in fields such as broadcast, digital content production, advertising, graphic design, animation, and film. By staying connected with industry professionals, participating in exhibitions, and exploring various career opportunities, students are equipped to become media entrepreneurs or secure positions across a wide range of media sectors upon graduation.

Unlocking Athletic potential: Empowering athletes through the science of sports performances. Focus on a diverse range of research areas including, the integration of Yoga as a recovery tool, addressing muscle imbalances and rehabilitating injured athletes, implementation of velocity-based training and technological interventions, physiological factors influencing sports performance, clinical exercise and nutrition, long-term athlete development model, athletes’ readiness score, etc.

Social Work at KCLAS empowers students to lead and effect change within communities through dynamic social administration. The program offers specialized tracks, including Community Development, which equips students with the skills to address structural inequities and advance social justice in diverse settings, preparing them for leadership roles in urban, rural, and tribal communities. Through a comprehensive curriculum grounded in the social determinants of human rights framework, students gain practical experience and develop the expertise needed to promote community health and well-being through advocacy, policy reform, and organizational leadership.
